Frequently Asked Questions

The nursery is open from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year.

Crèche hours are 9:30am to 11:30am, you may book your child for a one or two hour session.

This is only available for Club Kingswood members and we ask that they book a week in advance.

We care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

It's unavoidable that small children catch all kinds of minor infections.  For a speedy recovery and to prevent the other children from falling ill, children who are unwell must stay at home.  Only when the fever has subsided for a whole day should you return your child to the nursery.  If the disease is infectious, we'll need a doctor's note confirming that your child is no longer contagious.  For information regarding incubation periods for communicable diseases, please click here.

We have full day, morning session and afternoon session rates.  Please see our prices page for more information.

Invoices are sent out at the beginning of every month and fees need to be paid in advance.  We will also require a deposit from you before you child starts nursery, this is to ensure your Child's place is kept and to complete any administration regarding your child.  All fees are to be paid via direct debit however any late payment with be charged with a late fee, please see terms and conditions.
